Ralph Fegley was born and raised on a family farm. After high school he joined the Army and served during the Viet Nam war. He married Janet Humpert and they have been married for 37 years. After military service, Ralph attended New Mexico State University and received a degree in Civil Engineering. He also received majors in mathematics and Agriculture Economics.

He worked in many different functions with Dow Chemical Company for some 28 years serving as manager of personnel and budgeting, chemical plant construction, maintenance and environmental operations, completing his Dow career as European Construction Manager.

Ralph is a board member of the Hen House, Inc, Norwalk, Ohio, and a founder and Vice-President of Construction Industry Resources, Inc., a consulting and training firm.
